Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary :

• The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis-including requirements gathering, design, documentation, testing, and validation-to support the implementation of BI analytics solutions for regional or system partners.
• This role involves developing reporting and analytical capabilities while adhering to best practices in methodology, design, programming, and delivery.
• The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience with OLTP / OLAP / MPP databases, and the ability to design and develop complex reporting solutions using both normalized and denormalized data structures.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business / functional requirements to formulate BI solutions.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.

Ensure adherence to development, testing, and support standards.

Required Competencies :

dvanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, stored procedures, query optimization).

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrates competencies as a Leader of Self (ownership, initiative) and Leader of Others (mentorship, teamwork).
