Position Overview :

We are seeking a full-time Competitive Youth Soccer Coach to join our coaching staff in Gainesville, Florida. This position is responsible for coaching and managing competitive-level youth teams (U9-U19), conducting training sessions, leading teams in league and tournament play, and helping execute the club's player development philosophy under the guidance of the Director of Coaching.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coach and manage 2-3 competitive teams throughout the year.
• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate training sessions aligned with the club curriculum.
• Travel with teams to league games, tournaments, and events.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership.
• Assist in player evaluations, tryouts, and seasonal team placements.
• Support the Director of Coaching with program implementation and club initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold club standards on and off the field.
