We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. • Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly for different types of piping materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
• Handle heavy lifting as required for installation and repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Skills
• Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with carpentry skills for remodeling projects.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Previous construction site experience is preferred.
• Valid commercial driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
