We have a current opening for a Proposal Coordinator.

  • This position can sit out of the following regional offices : Sacramento, CA, Long Beach, CA, Dallas, TX.

Support the Department

  • Lead the development of high-impact proposals and qualifications packages (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs), ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Review peer work and create proposals (technical writing, design, collaboration, gathering content, production), providing guidance and feedback.
  • Finalize case studies / project profiles
  • Create interview slide decks
  • Update and maintain team resumes.
  • Develop and assist with creation and modifications of marketing materials.
  • Other specific marketing needs to support organizational vision and goals.
  • Utilize social media to grow and maintain brand awareness, as needed.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other closely related field
  • or  equivalent combination of education, technical training, and / or related experience with an electrical contractor or similar
  • 10 years of electrical / construction estimating, project assistant / management, or construction management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively lead, manage, and engage multi-member team

  • Salary Range :

    $80,000-90,000 / year

  • This is a non-exempt position
  • We offer competitive wages plus benefits and 401(k).
