Job descriptionAnalyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team members to strive for operational and clinical success. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Maintain a safe, effective, and patient-centered environment for both staff and patients. Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure financial sustainability. Monitor departmental performance to achieve key financial and operational benchmarks. Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing operations team. Provide mentorship and leadership to inspire collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless, patient-first operations. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Experience : Minimum of 7 years in operational management, with significant experience in healthcare or diagnostic services. Skills : Advanced strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to drive decisions. Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices. A relentless commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
