About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of US Finance to join their dynamic team. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving critical business and financial decision support, particularly in the areas of business advice, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses. The successful candidate will lead a skilled team and work closely with the US and global finance leadership teams to establish and maintain key business processes and policies. Responsibilities include providing financial and strategic business partnership, making recommendations on resource allocation, and supporting various functions within the organization. The role also involves ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, developing KPIs, and actively participating in financial systems implementations.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' finance and leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the commercial stage biotech or pharmaceutical industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a CPA or MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gross-to-net revenue recognition, forecasting, and government pricing and reporting. Experience with ERP, MDM, planning, reporting, and BI technologies is essential. The role demands a hands-on approach, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A deep understanding of GAAP / IFRS accounting principles and the ability to travel up to 15% are also required.
