We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn to build a listing-focused career while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $100,000+

In this position, you’ll learn to connect with new prospects, make consistent outreach calls, and create opportunities that directly drive into the listing pipeline. You’ll gain hands-on experience with proven lead systems, sharpen your communication skills, and work alongside top producers who know how to win listings and close transactions. Compensation : $100,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

  • Qualifications :

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
