Description :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Varicent ICM Developer to take the lead in the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to create a robust, integrated solution that enhances our incentive compensation strategies.

This role requires W2 employment; benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay : $70-$75 / hr W2

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, from system design to deployment.
• Work closely with business teams to gather and translate requirements into functional Varicent models.
• Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using tools like Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin.
• Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures effectively.
• Build and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems, such as CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
• Perform data modeling, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure high accuracy and system performance.
• Create dashboards and reports for compensation analytics and business insights.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to users and stakeholders.
• Engage in system upgrades, testing, and continuous enhancements.
