Associate Dentist – Olean, NY

Full-Time | Modern Private Practice

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our busy, modern dental practice in Olean, NY. This is a great opportunity to practice a wide range of dentistry in a supportive, well-equipped environment within a welcoming rural community.

Office Hours

• Monday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
• Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
• Wednesday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
• Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
• Friday–Sunday : Closed

Compensation

Competitive base salary with additional earning potential based on production percentage

About the Practice

Our practice has built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-focused care. We are primarily fee-for-service and equipped with advanced technology, including a CEREC Primemill, multiple intraoral scanners, CBCT, SOLEA laser, and fully digital radiographs and EHR.

Our Team

You’ll be joining a skilled, collaborative team that includes :

3 full-time hygienists, 3 dental assistants, 2 front desk staff, 1 treatment coordinator, 1 CFO / Practice Manager

We care for an average of 40–50 patients per day, creating a steady, productive, and engaging work environment.
