No weekends + 4 admin hours weekly Phone call rarely ever occurs 30-minute appointments for new patients, 15-minute appointments for follow-ups All providers have 2 nurse providers for support (CMA or LPN) Athena EMR Assume leadership roles or managerial responsibilities in interim positions or short-term assignments, honing your leadership skills and management expertise. Engage with peers and colleagues in collaborative learning environments, sharing insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to patient care. Explore new cities and regions, immersing yourself in different cultures while working. Extend your career or transition into semi-retirement by taking on locum roles, supplementing your retirement income while staying engaged in clinical practice. Utilize locum assignments as a bridge during career transitions, ensuring continuity of income and professional engagement.
