We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakes

Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate cases

Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records

Collaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated care

Participate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed)

Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reporting

What Were Looking For

Masters in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy

Licensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Current CPR certification required

Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
