Labor & Employment Attorney Position Overview :  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on labor and employment issues, as well as representing them in litigation matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal issues, provide strategic counsel, and represent clients in both advisory and litigation capacities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, employee classification, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace safety.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including state and federal court cases, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft and review employment policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with labor relations, including union organizing, collective bargaining, and grievance handling.
• Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints, harassment, and misconduct.
• Negotiate settlements and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and file motions, responses, and other legal documents related to employment litigation.
• Stay current on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure clients’ compliance and provide proactive legal advice.
• Train and educate clients on legal best practices in the workplace, including employee management and compliance
