Bilingual QA Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Bilingual QA Specialist to support a high-profile semiconductor manufacturing chemical supplier. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality assurance across complex builds while supporting client interactions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and possess hands-on experience in semiconductor chemical manufacturing QA / QC, engineering, or technical client management.

Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay Range : 70K-80K DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
• Communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients for daily project updates, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify quality concerns, non-conformances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and control logs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality issues proactively.
• Provide feedback on risks, quality trends, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Ensure timely communication of order updates, scope changes, and client requirements between internal teams and external partners.
• Support flexible and efficient solutions to evolving client demands in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
