An established, innovation-driven manufacturer of high-performance lighting solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented team and shape regional success.

This is a remote position with regular travel to support customer relationships, team development, and industry events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers across your region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build lasting relationships with specifiers, distributors, contractors, and end users .
• Set and track regional sales goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Identify new opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
