Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for students
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Educate and support students in their behavioral and emotional development
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior

Qualifications :

This position is for our explorers classroom consisting of ages 15-24 months old.

You will oversee a classroom of four students.

As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young students.Your expertise in early childhood education, behavioral health, and curriculum development will contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
