We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our school-based programs. If you are passionate about supporting children and young adults with autism, developmental delays, and learning differences, and you thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations to determine therapy needs

Provide individualized occupational therapy services targeting fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and related areas

Develop and implement treatment plans, IEPs, and 504 goals in collaboration with educators and service providers

Monitor progress, document services, and ensure compliance with timelines and standards

Manage caseload effectively to balance productivity with quality care

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic, student-centered support

Discharge individuals when goals and outcomes are achieved

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Licensure : Current State Board of Occupational Therapy License

Experience : Prior work with developmental delays, autism, or in a school / clinic setting preferred

Skills : Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Required Clearances & Training :

Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance

Act 34 State Criminal History Clearance

Act 114 FBI Clearance (DOE)

Act 168 Clearance

Mandated Reporter Training

CPR / First Aid Certification

Recent Physical / TB Test
