Job description

Rebalancing & Trading Consultant (Seasonal Contract)

Our Client's Model Management & Trading team is seeking a seasonal contract consultant to support year-end peak activity, including tax-loss harvesting, new accounts, cash transitions, and gifting, through early 2026 . This is a high-volume, fast-paced trading operations role managing thousands of trades across up to 1,000 accounts daily.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support daily rebalancing and trading using Archer IMS
  • Monitor trade execution via Aladdin
  • Run morning and midday reports, performing quality checks on tax-loss harvesting outputs
  • Process client-driven workflows and account updates
  • Perform drift and cash monitoring and daily reporting

Tools & Systems :

Archer IMS, BPM / BPW, Aladdin, Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, formulas)

Preferred Background :

  • Experience in trading operations, rebalancing, overlay, or asset management
  • Familiarity with Archer, Aladdin, or Bloomberg is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Finance or Accounting degree preferred
