This role includes supporting clients day-to-day handling renewals and becoming the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Full training is provided and the position offers a clear path to grow into a Team Lead .

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Assist with renewals updates and general client needs.
