Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative / Inside Sales PV F (Pipe Valves and Fittings)

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Process customer quotes and orders answer inbound phone calls from customers contacting vendors via phone and email to get pricing / order status . Working with management team and outside sales team to develop customer relationships and win business.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $20.57 - $32.91

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
