A company is looking for a Representative, Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Handles inbound / outbound pharmacy calls and records them according to policies and regulations
Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests and explains claims adjudication to members and providers
Assists with clerical tasks and maintains pharmacy call quality and quantity standards
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service experience
Ability to work independently on special projects and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships with various stakeholders
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and / or state pharmacy technician license preferred
