We are seeking a Graphic Designer with exceptional layout design skills and a keen eye for detail to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling materials that reflect our brand, support business development, and serve the needs of departments company-wide. The ideal candidate thrives on balancing creativity with consistency and is comfortable working across both print and digital platforms.

Position Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing and communications materials—including proposal layout, brochures, presentations, project signage, and digital assets.
• Develop, apply and uphold brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, project teams, and leadership to meet diverse design needs.
• Create and refine layouts for proposals, publications, and client-facing collateral.
• Develop graphics for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Provide creative input on visual strategy, while maintaining a strong sense of brand identity.
