Actalent is seeking to hire an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong background in electrical contracting, project management, and construction operations. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strong safety leadership across all project phases
• Manage contract administration and project documentation
• Oversee project setup, labor coordination, and scheduling
• Lead budgeting, estimating, and cost control efforts
• Coordinate purchasing and subcontractor agreements
• Track production and ensure quality control / assurance
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and O&M documentation
• Forecast project costs and manage billing
• Process change orders and ensure timely project closeout

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00 / yr. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage. 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution. PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter). 7 company paid holidays.
