The global marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth and Revenue Performance for the Merchant Acquirer Solutions of Global Payments. About the Role
We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Paid Media Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes to develop and execute paid media campaigns for a portfolio of products across multiple channels. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution across SEM, paid social, and other paid media channels to drive demand and customer acquisition. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a Fortune 500 global payments company and shape how we scale paid marketing efficiently. Partnering closely with product, analytics, and creative teams, you'll design and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable growth efficiently.

Qualifications
7+ years in a performance marketing or growth role, ideally in a high-growth B2B or tech environment.
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar ad budgets across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and global buying dynamics.
Experience buying campaigns across multiple business lines (e.g., POS, Payments, SaaS, or similar multi-product environments).
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across global and regional teams.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing complex SaaS or payments solutions to enterprise audiences.
Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations in global payments or financial services.
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to build scalable campaign systems, automate tasks, etc.
