Why This Role Matters : You'll be the financial backbone for our Affordable Living and HUD propertiesensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency. Your work directly supports housing stability for individuals and families in need.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for Affordable Living properties.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts monthly.
• Track cash balances, execute transfers, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee HUD and MSHDA reporting requirements.
• Manage grants and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the go-to resource for financial inquiries from Affordable Living staff.
• Participate in annual audits and recommend process improvements.
