Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing recruitment for a variety of corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on call center hiring. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver top-quality candidates in a timely manner. The recruiter will leverage expertise in applicant tracking systems, employment branding, and candidate engagement to attract and retain diverse talent.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing and extending offers of employment for high volume non-exempt and exempt level hires with aggressive timelinesDevelop, implement and execute creative recruitment programs to attract high caliber talent for all positions assigned to specific geographic locations; maintain active list of qualified candidatesResearch, develop and utilize innovative, cost effective recruitment methods to consistently source and provide a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including internet mining, advertising, job fairs, networking, open houses, employee referrals, community-based organizations, external recruiters, and collegesDevelop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers from assigned business units to achieve recruitment objectives through collaboration and verify appropriate position requirementsInitiate contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openingsReview applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements, available start dateScreen and refer candidates for additional interviews with hiring managersCoordinate participation, set up display, and recruit in person at job fairsWork with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates as necessaryParticipate in staffing and recruiting projects as well as serve on cross-functional projects within Human Resources as neededManage and update ATS system to track candidate flow and ensure data integrityMaintain weekly recruiting activity reportMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat You Will Bring To The Role :

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates / Bachelors degree preferred4 - 7 years prior recruiting experience with demonstrated success in performing targeted recruiting searches both at the non-exempt, exempt level, and people leader rolesStrong research and candidate generation skillsExperience working in a both corporate and high-volume recruiting environment, particularly with call centersPrior project management experience preferredExperience utilizing ATS such as UKGProactive consultative style with exceptional communications skillsMix of corporate and agency experience would be idealPossess math skills sufficient to perform required dutiesOr an equivalent combination of education, training or experiencePhysical Requirements :
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitorAbility to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; Ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and / or connected headset deviceWorking Conditions :
Regular business hours.
