General Statement of Responsibilities :
Under the direction of the Senior Finance Director of Boynton Health, the Healthcare Data Analyst Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of the business intelligence team. The position is responsible for the development of a business intelligence center of excellence (BI COE) supporting the data analytic and data visualization needs of Boynton Health. The position supervises a Business / Systems Analyst and combines hands-on data analysis with supervisory duties, ensuring the team delivers timely, accurate, and actionable insights to clinical, financial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Detailed Job Responsibilities :
Build out a unified data analysis lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to modeling and reporting.
Lead the prioritization, development and execution of data analytic requests.
Manage, mentor, and develop a Business / Systems Analyst.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range : Salary : $95,500-$101,790 annually ; depending on education / qualifications / experience
Time Appointment : 100% Appointment
