Physical Therapist

Wyoming

Position Highlig hts :

  • Work-Life Balance : Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM with rotating weekends and holidays, ensuring a balance between professional responsibilities and personal time.
  • Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment : You will be part of a supportive, well-established rehabilitation team working in a 99-bed hospital. The setting includes inpatient rehabilitation services with a clinical area and gym space. The hospital fosters a culture of teamwork, trust, and transparency, with a great support team that includes nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Favorable Call Schedule : There is no on-call time required for this position, ensuring that your personal time is yours to enjoy.
  • Culture & Support, Support & Networking : The rehabilitation team values strong collaboration with OT, speech, and other therapy disciplines. Support is offered through structured mentorship, especially for new graduates.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary starting at $38.95 / hr
  • Step-based salary increase program, with potential to reach $51.41 / hr based on experience.
  • Annual step increases with opportunities for growth over time.
  • Sign-on Bonus starting at $10,000 (up to $25,000 available).

    • Qualifications :

  • Qualifications : Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) credential required within 60 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to obtain Wyoming PT license before starting the role (if applicable).
  • Skills & Abilities : Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and patient care skills.
  • Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality practices.
