A fast-growing revenue cycle management organization is seeking a Billing Specialist with hands-on experience supporting transplant services. This role ensures accurate and timely submission of medical claims to diverse health plans, while navigating the unique complexities of bundled services and Value Based Care. Responsibilities include electronic and paper claim filing, resolving billing discrepancies, researching encounter details, and maintaining precise documentation to drive prompt reimbursement and outstanding provider satisfaction. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday with a hybrid schedule available after onboarding, and offers a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour.
