Job Details

  • This is an in-person position at our Portland / Oak Grove Clinics
  • Expansive Sublocade Program (in addition to all other forms of MAT)
  • Support Staff Including Front / Back Office, Dedicated Medical Assistants, Recovery Peers, as well as a full Behavioral Health Department
  • Will have internal access to full continuum of care including referral to our detox clinic
  • Positive and collaborative work environment
  • Individualized patient care with emphasis on harm-reduction
  • Schedule :
  • Part-Time
  • 2-3 days a week (very flexible on hours) at both our SE Portland and Oak Grove locations
  • Wednesday-Friday availability preferred (flexible)

Compensation :

  • PA & NP -$70+ / hr depending on experience and licensure
  • MD - $125-$150 / hr depending on experience
  • Includes 401k and up to 3% matching after 3 months
  • Malpractice Insurance and credentialing support for all relevant payers provided by Recovery Works NW
  • Experience :

  • Addiction Medicine / MAT (required)
  • Sublocade injection : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Prescribing buprenorphine : 1 year (Required)
  • License / Certification :

  • Active state license with prescriptive privileges (required)
  • Position is contingent on passing an OHA Background check and successful completion of a urine analysis (UA) after accepting job offer
