• On-site, full-time
• Working hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• Responsibilities : Evaluate potential clients and determine the strength of personal injury cases
• Provide clear, complete information regarding the firm’s services and fee structure
• Build rapport and trust with individuals considering legal representation
• Review intake specialists’ notes, consultation details, and case information for accuracy
• Meet firm sales and conversion goals through effective communication and strategy
• Additional tasks may be assigned at the discretion of management
• Requirements : Active California law license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client service abilities
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, not required
• Goal-oriented and results-driven

Pay : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
