We’re hiring a versatile, hands-on Operations & Growth Coordinator who will support all day-to-day business functions : operations, supply chain, sales support, marketing activations, and trade show logistics. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage CPG brand and work directly alongside the founder. You’ll touch every part of the business and play a meaningful role in Finfare’s growth.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Supply Chain (Primary)
- Track production schedules, inventory levels, and inbound / outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with co-packers, suppliers, designers, and 3PL partners.
- Manage POs, packaging components, COAs, QC checks, and documentation.
- Maintain ops dashboards and internal SOPs.
- Troubleshoot issues with fulfillment, freight, or vendors.
Sales Support
Prepare sell sheets, price lists, distributor / retailer forms.Coordinate sample requests, manage sample inventory, ship samples.Support outreach to retailers, distributors, and key accounts.Maintain CRM tracking and follow-up lists.Marketing & Brand Activations
Coordinate influencer and UGC shipments.Support content capture logistics and asset organization.Assist with event activations and in-store demos.Manage product gifting and partnership mailers.Trade Shows & Events
Manage booth logistics, shipping, forms, utilities, and vendor coordination.Prepare collateral and samples.Provide on-site assistance, including setup / takedown.Support lead capture and follow-up communications.What You Bring
1–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, CPG, ecommerce, or marketing.A “Swiss Army Knife” skillset — willing to learn, adapt, and jump into anything.Strong project management and organizational skills.Clear communicator with vendor, partner, and customer-facing comfort.Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and problem solving.Experience in pet, food, or consumer products is a plus (not required).Why Join Finfare
