TETER is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain our robust IT infrastructure across multiple offices. This is a critical role that ensures our architecture and engineering teams have reliable access to the tools and systems they depend on every day.

What You'll Do

As our Systems Administrator, you'll :

• Manage and maintain servers, network hardware, storage systems, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
• Support Citrix Workspace and design applications like Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with our CIO support partner on system optimization, firmware updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide responsive helpdesk support and assist with onboarding / offboarding.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide users through solutions with clarity and professionalism.
• Monitor network connectivity and implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Contribute to IT initiatives, documentation, and process improvements.
