Job descriptionProject organization and administration; responsible for all engineering, accounting, cost control, quality assurance, and project closeout on assigned projects. To know the plans, specifications, estimate, cost reports and the contract for all assigned projects. Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule. procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments. obtain approvals, change orders, extra work orders, requisitions and acceptance of work. Review and approve all requisitions, purchase orders, and cost codes to exercise control over all expenditures. Review subcontractor’s field supervisory personnel and forces for adequacy to meet schedule requirements and ensure subcontractor compliance. Hold weekly meetings with subcontractors, Owner and Architect on all assigned jobs. Attend stakeholder appropriate meetings, i.e. project meetings, owner’s meetings, etc. B.A. / B.S. Civil Engineer or related degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction industry. Valid Driver’s License required. Construction experience in healthcare is preferred.
