Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Head of Technology.

We need someone to assist in leading IT operations, strategy, and innovation, driving the transformation of our technology platform and integrating advanced solutions including AI.

Responsibilities :

Define and manage IT budgets across platforms and brands
Ensure system, data, and operational security with minimal cybersecurity risk
Shape future-state technology architecture and prioritize investments
Build and lead internal / external IT resources and service providers
Oversee IT asset management, operations, and reporting
Optimize IT vendor contracts and performance metrics
Provide strategic leadership with a focus on enterprise scalability

Essentials :

Proven experience as an IT executive or Head of Technology in a high-growth, acquisitive organization

Strong background in AI, retail, or B2C environments

Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and board members

Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems and operations

Desired :

Experience modernizing legacy systems and platforms

Prior leadership of IT functions through M&A activity

Understanding of AI integration in consumer-facing environments
