Senior Advertising Manager

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Senior Advertising Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California.

Duties :

• Assist in establishing and implementing the creative platform for customer acquisition, production of assets, and performance optimization for all creative advertising, including mass and digital performance media
• Manage creative agency relationships and development for online acquisition campaigns from brief through implementation, including campaign performance optimization, presenting campaign results and key learnings, and recommending improvements to leadership
• Oversee the production of full-funnel creative advertising assets such as TV / linear video, out-of-home, audio, performance digital (social and display), internal communications, and earned media
• Optimize creative advertising performance through message testing, segmentation execution, and customer journey mapping
• Oversee and optimize the non-working media budget, managing all mass and digital creative advertising agencies
• Partner with the media team to ensure alignment with the paid media plan and delivery of creative assets
• Identify, monitor, and analyze internal and external performance parameters to enhance campaign performance
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources by engaging with cross-functional teams and business units to drive business success and optimization
• Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.69 and $42.41 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
