Job description

Skilled Heavy Equipment Operators

Aerotek's client is looking for skilled heavy equipment operators to join their team in the Rosedale, MD area.

This role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery including dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators. The position requires precise and efficient grading work, with a balance of 60% operating machinery and 40% manual labor.

Responsibilities

  • Operate dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.
  • Perform fine and finish grading tasks.
  • Engage in manual labor tasks as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience operating dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.
  • Proficiency in fine grading techniques.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.
