About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist

Profession : Respiratory Therapy

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum 1 year

License : State License required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, CRT or RRT issued by the NBRC required

Must-Have : 1 year of experience, ACLS, BLS, CRT or RRT, State License, Associate Degree or Certification in a Respiratory Therapy Program

Description :

Will accept RRT or CRT.

Possibility to do a 50 / 50 schedule; half days / half nights if preferred.

Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday are required.

Pediatric experience is not required; however, if a candidate has pediatric experience and is willing to float, additional certifications will be required.

Working experience in children's health will be determined by experience, and specifics will be outlined in the job description.

Assist with bedside bronchoscopies in the ICU setting.

Level 2 trauma center.

Host an ECMO program.

Candidates must demonstrate skills in BiPAP, CPAP, troubleshooting high-pressure alarms, and weaning from mechanical ventilation.

Candidates will float within the hospital as needed.

Background checks, verifications, and compliance requirements must be completed in a timely manner.
