Mobilization Specialist (East Territory)
The Mobilization Specialist will help execute the East territory recruiting and church relationship efforts, developing and maintaining partnerships with recruiting partners and non-profit organizations. Working under the supervision of the Senior Director of Mobilization and in collaboration with other growth specialists in the East, this role focuses on building and sustaining recruiting and community relationships across the East while partnering with mobilization specialists nationally to implement best practices in recruiting.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Mobilization to maintain a comprehensive approach to mobilization and partnerships to impact overall growth. They collaborate with the Senior Director of Mobilization to determine targeted areas of growth within the East, syncing open properties with prospective coordinator(s).
Important Details
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Time zone : East preferred; open to Central Time.
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily or in marketing, sales, business development, or recruiting preferred.
- Experience in customer service, recruiting, marketing, or business operations is helpful.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; proficiency in HubSpot, Greenhouse, Asana, AI tools, and digital job platform maintenance are a plus.
- Work environment : Remote with collaborative virtual meetings across time zones.
- Travel : Minimal, as needed for conferences or team gatherings.
Responsibilities
Provide a Positive Candidate Experience - Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads, ensuring warm, timely and professional communication. Guide candidates through early hiring stages and help them feel valued, informed, and connected to the mission.Manage Digital Recruiting Platforms - Post and manage job listings across recruiting platforms. Conduct initial screenings, qualify leads, and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot and Greenhouse. Maintain organized records and smooth handoffs to the Director. Leverage digital tools and AI platforms to identify, engage, and nurture coordinator leads at scale. Experiment with automation and data insights to optimize sourcing, improve lead quality, and strengthen the coordinator life cycle.Support Mobilization Partnerships - Identify and support relationships with churches, seminaries, and networks to expand recruiting channels. Coordinate outreach efforts, update partner lists, and maintain accurate contact data.Track and Organize Pipeline Activity - Monitor candidate activity and maintain clean, tagged data for reporting. Produce regular summaries of leads, hiring needs, and mobilization progress. Surface pipeline gaps or trends for proactive action.Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with the Mobilization Director, Growth, and Program teams to align efforts and achieve recruiting goals. Contribute insights on under-reached regions and opportunities to strengthen the mobilization strategy. Partner with Program Management to engage active teams in recruiting. Equip program directors and coordinators with 'open property' materials to support local recruiting. Maintain a shared library of consistent resources, automate candidate touchpoints, and gather feedback to continually refine the experience.Team Culture

Keep coordinator data fully tagged and up-to-date in Greenhouse and HubSpot.Deliver clear, actionable pipeline reports on a biweekly or monthly basis.Expand active partnerships that yield qualified candidates.Equip program staff with recruiting materials and drive adoption of open property resources.Launch or optimize at least one automation or tech enhancement per quarter.Competencies
