We are currently seeking a CNC High Speed Milling in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities :

Set up and operate precision CNC High-Speed Milling machines, in accordance with approved and safe work procedures.
Plans and schedules work, as well as sets up equipment and tools, using a variety of devices, machine attachments and fixtures.
Machines make precision steel parts and electrodes out of copper and graphite.
Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gages, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality.
Evaluates results and quality to ensure parts are in specified dimensions and tolerances.
Completes work orders, associated documents and labor as required.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements to minimize downtime, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the operation processes.

Qualifications :

Must be very organized and thorough, following all procedures for quality and safety.

Must be able to work independently as well as being part of the team.

Must be able to manage time well to meet deadlines.

Must have basic CAM knowledge.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.

Inspection experience and able to use precision measuring devices for overall quality.

Knowledge of proper Health and Safety measures.

Desire to learn and grow within the company.

Flexible with rotating shift work.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

3+ Years’ Experience in High-Speed Milling

Journeyman Certification a Plus

Experience on Mikron High-Speed Milling machines a Plus

DETAILS :

Duration : Temp. to Perm.

Location : Lawrenceville, GA.

Salary : $20-25 / Hr. Depending on Experience

Shift : 2nd (2pm-10 : 30pm)
