Must-Have :

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty
• Ability to analyze patient data to determine needs or treatment goals
• Capability to enter patient or treatment data into computers
• Collaboration skills to plan or provide treatment
• Normal vision and hearing or correctable to normal
• Detail-oriented and thorough in work tasks
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Pleasant demeanor and cooperative attitude
• Ability to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and / or standing
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, lifting, and walking
• Exposure to human bodily fluids, disease, and hazardous materials may occur

Description :

Work schedule is 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

One weekend is required per month.

Holidays as required.

Manage a patient load of 6 patients per day.

Work in inpatient and acute units.

Must float between units as needed.

Responsible for completing all aspects of care for assigned patients.

Responsibilities include evaluations, formulating a plan of care, and collaboration with patients, families, and other disciplines.

Perform therapeutic interventions, education, and complete all documentation requirements outlined in the department.

Work with geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients.

Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical activities include talking, hearing, bending, twisting, walking, kneeling, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing.

Heavy work may be required, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.

Physical presence onsite is essential.
