Pay Range : $38.49 $44.67 / hr
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Statistical Programming Contractor (Level 3) to provide advanced SAS programming support for clinical trials. The role involves independently managing programming deliverables at the study and program levels while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (CDISC, ICH). The ideal candidate has deep SAS expertise, strong statistical understanding, and hands-on experience in analysis datasets, TLGs, and CDISC-compliant e-submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAS programming activities for study, product, and program deliverables.
- Develop, test, and maintain programs supporting quality control of safety / efficacy datasets, TLGs, and e-submissions.
- Design and document ADaM specifications, analysis datasets, and mock TLGs per regulatory and SOP standards.
- Implement programming best practices and resolve issues impacting timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Statistics, Data Management, Regulatory) to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Support process improvement, publication activities, and development of standardized tools across studies.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor s degree with 7+ years experience, or Master s degree with 6+ years in Statistics, IT, or related field.Experience :
Extensive SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research environments.Strong knowledge of SDTM, ADaM, CDISC standards, Pinnacle 21, XML, and MS Office.Familiarity with clinical trial processes, statistical methods, and regulatory submission requirements.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.Preferred :
Knowledge of statistical models for efficacy analysis.Experience creating ISS / Client datasets and BIMO Inspection deliverables.Core Competencies
