All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Maine. This block-scheduled role includes a wide range of surgical cases across four ORs, with call coverage for emergency after-hours procedures.

Call : Emergency after-hours call team with 30-minute response time; VBAC may require in-house presence

One anesthesia provider

One circulator

One scrub

One PACU RN

Clinical Responsibilities :

Orthopedics and spine : TKA, THA, TSA, extremity fractures, pediatric ortho, fusions, laminectomy, kyphoplasty

OBGYN : labor epidurals, C-sections, hysterectomy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy

Ophthalmology : cataract surgery

General surgery : laparoscopy, hernia repair, colectomy, minor procedures

GI : colonoscopy, EGD (all propofol)

Pain management : MAC support for dedicated pain physician

Pediatric dental : two days per month

Cardiac : cardioversion in PACU
