Senior Business Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst (Commercial Health Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyze health plan, member, provider, and operations data using SQL

Reconcile provider data for accuracy and completeness across systems

Create reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, health information management, or a related field

10+ years of experience in data analysis within the commercial health insurance industry

Advanced SQL, Power BI, and Python skills

Experience in building predictive models and provider data reconciliation

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
