The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring LPNs following our Grand Reopening. We are a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and are interviewing and hiring immediately.

Shifts Available:

• PT 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• PT 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Baylor
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Baylor

Pay

Up to $30.00/hour

PRN: +$1.00/hour

Daily Pay Available

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
• Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment
• Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident
• According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response
• In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
• Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements
• Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc
• Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
