Position Overview : We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, case management, and document preparation, and will be comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines across multiple practice areas
Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties regarding case status and documentation
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and firm policies
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred Experience :
Litigation support and trial preparation- Washington state experience is preferred
Experience in corporate law, real estate, or regulatory compliance
Familiarity with case management software is a plus
