The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for the successful management and leadership of multiple Trane Supply stores including developing personnel, product representation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as onsite.

Safety Sensitive : This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive.

What you will do :

Drives profitable revenue growth by ensuring stores achieve their sales goals objectives.

Effectively assesses, selects, onboards, develops and coaches strong, diverse team of different backgrounds and experiences to achieve performance goals and business results.

Lead operational excellence across stores in partnership with Regional Retail Excellence Leader.

What you will bring :

Compensation :

Base Salary starts at $115,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan.

Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
