IT Procurement Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - IT Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Review and negotiate complex IT procurement deals, including software and data licensing agreements

Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to technology solutions and intellectual property

Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements while managing legal projects with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 9 years of legal experience in relevant specialty areas

Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar

Expertise in negotiating strategic agreements involving technology and healthcare data

Proficiency in M&A due diligence related to technology and intellectual property

Experience supervising outside legal counsel and managing a large portfolio of procurement deals
