About the Role

We’re looking for a digitally fluent, design-obsessed creative to join Expedia Group’s Creative Lab as a Designer on the Digital BAU team. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver scaled, always-on content across a variety of digital touchpoints—from programmatic to paid social, app store assets to media innovation platforms like Netflix and Amazon.

As part of a high-velocity team that supports Growth Marketing and Brand, you’ll partner with social creatives, campaign managers, and external agencies to translate briefs into compelling executions that align with our brand voice and deliver results.

Team Mission

We deliver scaled, digital-first content across the Expedia Group in partnership with external agencies and integrated agile teams. Every piece of creative is strategically crafted to suit its brand, platform, and audience—powered by smart innovation and an agile mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business needs into thumb-stopping, channel-native creative spanning programmatic display, paid and organic social, paid app, and app store optimization—balancing quality, scale, brand and performance
  • Collaborate across the company and external agency partners—including brand strategists, channel and brand design experts, campaign managers and more—to influence creative outcomes
  • Conceive, optimize and design digital assets using data, insights and brand strategy to evaluate creative
  • Build tech-enabled systems and workflows to deliver consistent, high-quality creative work to support volume, optimization, and fast-turn content production
  • Maintain consistency with creative guidelines, while helping evolve and improve them through digital design best practices
  • Contribute to a new agile creative model, focused on a test-and-learn approach, flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience designing digital marketing assets—either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing display, social, and performance-based creative
  • An expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with good working knowledge of animation or motion tools (After Effects a plus), Google Web Designer, Animate and coding (HTML5 / CSS / JS)
  • Knowledge of digital best practices and experience designing for multiple formats and platforms with a clear understanding of what works across channels including image-to-video conversion, static-to-motion translation, and responsive design principles
  • Can work flexibly and fluidly in fast-paced, high-volume production environments, build trust with others, and see the big picture while keeping an eye on every detail
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills—you can take feedback and turn it into better work, fast
  • Bonus : Familiarity with creative automation tools, dynamic templates, or AI-assisted design platforms
  • The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
