Csr Bilingual Part Time
Join InsureZen as a part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) and be a vital part of our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in both English and Spanish. If you have a positive disposition and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to clients.
- Gather quote intake information using provided scripts.
- Send out welcome emails and texts to new clients.
- Utilize company tools and templates for effective communication.

The salary for this position is competitive and based on the monthly plan price.
