If you have a passion for service excellence…we want to hear from you!\n\nJob Description : \n\nThe Role : Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nThe Oncology RN will provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer, administering treatments, managing symptoms, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n+ Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.\n\n+ Evaluates the needs of the patient and / or family and provides support, appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.\n\n+ Collaborates, as needed, across disciplines to coordinate appropriate patient services. Effectively delegates to ancillary personnel. May precept nursing students or new hires.\n\n+ Executes the plan of care for the oncology patient including medication administration and symptom management.
